Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the Tech Kurukshetra Committee ("Committee," "we," "us," or "our") and participants ("Participant," "you," or "your") in TECH KURUKSHETRA 2026, held on 10 11 April 2026 at UCP Institute of Technology (UCPIT), Sardar Vallabhbhai Global University (SVGU) Campus, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

By registering or participating, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Registration

Participants must be current students of recognized colleges/universities.

Registration must be completed accurately via the official portal or forms.

The Committee reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify for false information.

2. Event Rules and Conduct

Follow event specific rules provided during registration or on site.

Prohibited: cheating, plagiarism, harassment, or disruptive behavior.

Committee decisions are final.

3. Intellectual Property

Submissions remain your property, but you grant us a non exclusive license to display, evaluate, and promote them.

4. Liability and Safety

Participation is at your own risk. The Committee, UCPIT SVGU, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages.

5. Prizes and Awards

Prizes are non transferable; taxes are the winner's responsibility.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

The Committee may cancel or postpone the event; in such cases, registration fees (if any) will be refunded.

No refunds will be issued for participant cancellations, no shows, or any other reason once payment is made.

Refund is not allowed. If you have paid the registration fee, you are required to attend the event.

All registration fees are non refundable under any circumstances.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is handled as per our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Ahmedabad courts.

9. Amendments

The Committee may update these Terms; changes will be notified via email, phone, or the event website.
